The course for wines of quality is set in the vineyards; they are the origin of wine and determine its individual personality. Organic wine farming, soil and climate are integral factors for the winemaker’s style, creating a unique signature. Seen from that perspective, wine for Prinz is not only a natural, but also a cultural product.

At production, all cellar activities are geared to quality maintenance. Careful and gentle handling during processing and natural maturation on the lees provide the foundation for wines which will delight with strong minerality, finesse, elegance and ageing potential.

Riesling, covering 90% of the 8.5 hectares large wine estate plays the major role; Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer complete the range.
