40 JAHRE OLD VINES

For the past 350 years the wine estate Adolf Störzel has been producing Riesling in Rüdesheim. The estate´s wines are characterized by a fine, harmonious and well-contained acidity – fresh and lively wines of youthful nature. Gentle vinification from pressing to bottling is self-evident.

Not so self-evident however, is the age of our vines: 40 years for our Pinot Noir and Müller Thurgau. The fruit is much smaller but full of extract and aroma and less acidic as is the case with Riesling. They are served at our estate´s wine bar “Domus Torculorum” and “Rebenhaus” below the “Niederwald” monument.

International wine tastings and participation at the Rüdesheim wine festival round off the activities of our estate.
